Dispatch Hosting Ltd started Life as Web Hosted Services. We then Re branded the business as Umbrella Group Communications. During our time as Umbrella Group we provided many services from Website Hosting to Telephone Lines and Broadband. During the recession we lost many of of customers to the cheaper providers so we had to diversify and rebrand to Dispatch Hosting. Part of Dispatch Hostings new success was the introduction of our Unlimited Shared Cloud Server Package and our amazing customer support. We now have bought out a few other companies to increase our customer base. We now have Killie Karaoke and Quid Hosting as part of our business Group so that we can bring you amazing prices and services. So no matter what your needs are we can cater for it. Update ‘12
2011 was not the best year for our servers. In January - June 2011 we had constant issues with our service supplier, with constant downtime on PHP 4 Server Issues. In April 2011 we approached a new supplier and started migrating all the websites over to the new servers during June 2011. In July we officially transferred over to the new cloud servers. Since changing we have only had a few outages due to DDOS attacks to the servers.
2012 should see increase in services and a decrease in price.
